Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak volume periods, other factors outside our control (e.g. postal service problems) may delay the delivery of your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Royal Mail postal service for all packages. If you have a specific request for a 1st Class or ad hoc delivery request, please contact us for a specific quote for a different service.

Our UK Shipping rates:

Total order weight less than 250g: 2nd Class delivery, £2.50
Total order weight 250g to 500g: 2nd Class delivery, £3.00
Total order weight 500g to 750g: 2nd Class delivery, £3.50
Total order weight 750g and over: 2nd Class delivery, £4.50
Total order value £100.00 or above: 2nd Class delivery, FREE

Local delivery or In store pickup

All orders are mailed to customers. We do not offer local delivery or an in store pick up service.

International Shipping

We now only post items to UK addresses.

International postage is discontinued due to frequent parcel losses, increased postage costs, and potential import taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. We do not offer a tracking service, so please allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using the contact details below with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange or refund the order amount minus any shipping costs or donations for the return. See our Returns Policy for full details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using the contact details below with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
