Return and Refund Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request your refund or exchange.  Include details of the products you would like to return, whether you would like a refund or exchange, and details of the different products you would like. If you do not have your original confirmation email, you can email membership@bumblebeeconservation.org directly.

  2. We will confirm if the product is eligible for return.

  3. If eligible, send relevant items back to us at:

    You will need to bear the cost of return postage.

  4. When products are back with us, subject to the exceptions above, we will process a refund or send a replacement product. We will refund the value of returned products, but do not refund the shipping cost or donation that may be part of your original order payment. Replacement products at a higher value will require additional payment. We will contact you with instructions if any additional payment is needed, or if we need to discuss or clarify any aspect of the refund or exchange.

Refund payments will take between five to ten working days to appear in your account.
